About Author and Designer J D Banck
Joel Derksen Banck is an author, researcher and designer. He is originally from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and lived in Argentina for eight years, where he worked privately as a writer and researcher. His family, the Banck family, have been Aristocrats, Patricians, bankers and financiers dating to the 13th Century, in what was later the region of Silesia, Prussia. Members of the Banck family have notably been Royal Men (Königlicher Männer), serving the Holy Roman Emperor and the King of Poland, and acting as financiers to the Archduke of Austria.
Through a mutual Great-grandfather from the Banck family, Joel is a twenty-second cousin of H.M. Queen Elizabeth II, H.M. Queen Margrethe II of Denmark, H.M. King Harald V of Norway, and a twenty-third cousin of H.M. King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden, H.M. King Philippe of Belgium, H.M. King Felipe VI of Spain, H.M. King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands, and H.R.H. Crown Prince Alexander of Yugoslavia, among others. In 2006, his poetry was a gift for H.M. Joel has worked with his family’s architectural mill work business, and his design projects include both exterior and interior design work for residential homes. As a teenager, he had the unique privilege of having Luca di Montezemolo, the legendary President of Ferrari, not only respond to him personally, but show one of his designs to the technicians at Ferrari. A later design would make its way into the archives at Ferrari, and would arguably become the Ferrari 612 Scaglietti.
Joel currently resides in British Columbia, Canada, and has worked as a writer and researcher. He is the author of, THE FELLOWSHIP OF THE MYSTERY: STUDIES IN THE FAITH FOR BELIEVERS ON A JOURNEY, HOLOGRAPHIC TEXTS: THE DISCOVERY AND APPLICATION OF MULTIDIMENSIONAL LANGUAGE STRUCTURES and private genealogical research works.
